Terms of Service

The essential terms for accounts, creation, credits, and sharing on MCSKIN.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of MCSKIN. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of them, and the Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to an online service where you live. If you cannot enter a binding agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

2. Accounts and the service

Keep your account and login codes secure, provide accurate information, and tell [email protected] promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

AI results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, non-unique, incomplete, or similar to existing material. You must review each result and your right to use it. Features, models, limits, prices, and availability may change for future requests.

3. Credits and payments

The credit cost is shown before creation. New-account credits expire after 30 days and can be used only for public creations. Purchased credits expire after 365 days and can be used for public or private creations. Eligible credits with the nearest expiry are used first, with free credits used before paid credits for public creations.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Creem acts as the merchant of record for current purchases and handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and approved refunds under its Buyer Terms. Checkout shows the pack, total price, and currency before payment. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or Creem’s Buyer Terms, credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including for change of mind or unused credits. Creem processes any approved cash refund. A refund, chargeback, or payment reversal may remove unused credits from the relevant order.

Credits consumed by provider work that fails or by a free-credit creation rejected during Gallery review are restored under the current product rules unless the original credit grant or purchase has expired or been reversed. Restoring credits is not a cash refund.

4. Public and private creations

Public creations may display the original prompt, generated skins, previews, and related information in the Gallery. Public pages may be indexed, cached, downloaded, or copied by search engines and visitors. Free-credit creations must remain public. Eligible creations paid entirely with purchased credits may be made private later.

Private creations are available only with paid credits. You give MCSKIN the limited permission needed to review, generate, store, and deliver private content. MCSKIN does not publish it in the Gallery unless you later choose public visibility.

Making a creation private or deleting it stops future public access through MCSKIN after processing, but cannot recall copies already downloaded, cached, or otherwise retained by others.

5. Content and licenses

You keep any rights you already hold in your prompts. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, MCSKIN does not claim ownership of a generated skin merely because you used the service. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or exclusive rights in every jurisdiction, and neither you nor MCSKIN can grant rights that you do not have.

By making a creation public, you give MCSKIN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, format, display, index, distribute, make downloadable, and promote its prompt and generated assets for operating and marketing MCSKIN.

While a work is public, Gallery visitors may copy its prompt for personal inspiration and may download, use, display, and modify its generated skin files for personal, non-commercial Minecraft use. They may not sell or relicense them, bulk redistribute them, scrape them automatically, claim exclusive ownership, or imply endorsement. Third-party rights and the Acceptable Use Policy still apply. Previously downloaded copies may continue to be used under this license after the work becomes private unless law or a rights violation requires otherwise.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

You are responsible for what you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not submit illegal, unsafe, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, NSFW, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, graphic, or otherwise prohibited content.

MCSKIN may use automated review and may reject a prompt, withhold or remove a Gallery entry, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve necessary evidence, or comply with valid legal requests. The Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules, Gallery eligibility standards, outcomes, and appeal channel.

7. Suspension and deletion

MCSKIN may suspend or close an account for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, or service disruption. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice.

You can request account deletion from the Account page. Sessions are revoked and deletion is scheduled after a seven-day recovery period; signing in during that period cancels the request. Payment, dispute, security, and legally required records may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Minecraft notice

To the extent permitted by law, MCSKIN is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. MCSKIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss where that exclusion is lawful. Mandatory consumer remedies and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

MCSKIN is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names, brands, and assets belong to their respective owners. Your use remains subject to the current Minecraft EULA, Usage Guidelines, platform rules, and applicable law.

9. Service discontinuation

If MCSKIN decides to permanently discontinue the service, it will give at least 90 days’ advance notice, stop selling credit packs when the notice begins, and keep the service available during the notice period so users can spend unexpired paid credits and download existing results.

All credits remaining when the service closes expire and have no cash value. This does not exclude any refund, price reduction, or other remedy required by applicable law or Creem’s Buyer Terms.

10. Law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where MCSKIN is principally operated, without excluding mandatory law that applies where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction there have non-exclusive jurisdiction, but consumers may use any court or remedy available under mandatory local law.

MCSKIN may update these Terms prospectively when the service, risks, or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new date and additional notice where required. Send questions, rights complaints, or legal notices to [email protected].
