1. Who controls your information

MCSKIN is the data controller for personal information handled through the service. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

This policy covers the MCSKIN website, accounts, creation service, Gallery, support, and payment-related interfaces. Linked services have their own privacy notices.

2. Information we handle

Account information includes identifiers, name, email address, optional profile image, authentication method, and account timestamps. Authentication and payment services may provide information you authorize or transaction details needed to confirm an order. MCSKIN does not store full payment-card numbers.

Service information includes prompts, creation settings and model data, generated skins and previews, visibility choices, moderation and creation states, downloads and counts, credits, orders, payment events, support messages, and deletion requests.

Technical information includes IP-derived security data, browser and device attributes, cookies or similar identifiers, request metadata, page interactions, performance data, and error information.

3. Logs and AI traces

MCSKIN records structured request logs and AI traces to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. They may contain structured query data, request and response bodies, original or processed prompts, model inputs and outputs, creation identifiers, timing, and error details, and may be sent to cloud logging and observability providers.

Ordinary prompts and generated content may remain in logs or traces. Do not put confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a prompt.

4. Cookies, monitoring, and advertising

Essential cookies and similar storage support sign-in, security, traffic management, consent choices, and preferences. Analytics measures visits, referrals, browser and device attributes, page interactions, and confirmed purchases. When you are signed in, an opaque account identifier links browser activity and server-confirmed purchases across sessions; it does not contain your name or email address. Sampled session replay may capture pointer movement, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and form interactions to diagnose usability and technical problems; configured privacy masking is applied to recorded form fields. When enabled, other optional technologies support advertising, ad measurement, and error monitoring. The available privacy or cookie settings control shows choices and allows consent to be changed where required.

MCSKIN does not sell account information for money. Some advertising or identifier disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under local law. Where applicable, use the consent or opt-out control or contact [email protected].

5. Why we use information

MCSKIN uses information to create and secure accounts; moderate prompts; generate, store, and deliver skins; operate the Gallery; issue and reconcile credits; process payments and disputes; provide support; prevent abuse and fraud; diagnose problems; and meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing relies on performing the contract with you, complying with law, legitimate interests in product analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service reliability, or consent for analytics, session replay, optional advertising, and marketing where required. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively through the available control.

Automated moderation may reject a request or affect Gallery visibility, but MCSKIN does not use generated content to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. You may ask for review at [email protected].

6. AI processing and the public Gallery

Prompts and pseudonymous creation information are sent to safety, AI, and image-creation providers as needed to review and complete a request. Generated files are processed by infrastructure providers to validate, preview, store, and deliver them.

Public creations display original prompts, generated skins, previews, timestamps, and aggregate activity in the Gallery. Public pages may be indexed, cached, downloaded, or copied by search engines and visitors. Making an eligible work private or deleting it cannot erase copies already retained by others.

7. Who receives information

MCSKIN discloses only what is reasonably needed to providers of authentication, email, security, moderation, AI and image creation, payment processing, cloud hosting, databases, queues, object storage, content delivery, logging, observability, analytics, session replay, advertising, consent management, and support. These providers may process information under their own terms and, where applicable, MCSKIN’s instructions and contractual safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, handle a business transfer with appropriate safeguards, or act at your direction.

8. International transfers and retention

Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, MCSKIN relies on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another recognized transfer safeguard.

Account and creation information is generally kept while the account or work remains active. Logs and AI traces are kept for configured periods reasonably needed for security, reliability, and debugging. Payment, tax, fraud, dispute, and legal records may be kept longer where required. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Account deletion starts a seven-day recovery period. After it ends, account data and stored assets are scheduled for asynchronous deletion, except information that must remain for payment, security, disputes, or law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures; or appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Use account and creation controls where available, adjust the privacy or cookie settings, or email [email protected]. MCSKIN may verify your identity and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. Children, security, and changes

MCSKIN is not directed to children under 13. A user below the local age for consenting to an online service must use MCSKIN only with a parent or legal guardian. Contact [email protected] if a child provided information contrary to this policy.

MCSKIN uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when practices or law change; material changes will be posted with a new date and additional notice where required.
