1. Scope
This policy forms part of the MCSKIN Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, generated skins, Gallery entries, downloads, accounts, and every other use of MCSKIN.
Use MCSKIN only for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting purposes. You are responsible for your submissions and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
2. Sexual and exploitative content
Do not request, create, upload, or publish NSFW, pornographic, nude, fetish, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content. This applies to real, fictional, stylized, pixel-art, and adult characters.
Sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, or endangerment of a minor, a character presented as a minor, or a character of ambiguous age is prohibited without exception.
3. Harmful and illegal content
Do not submit graphic gore, sadistic abuse, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful or dehumanizing content, violent-extremist material, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
Do not facilitate crime, fraud, scams, malware, safeguard evasion, illegal weapons activity, or other likely real-world harm. Do not submit confidential data, credentials, payment details, doxxing, invasive surveillance, or another person’s unnecessary personal information.
4. Rights and identity
Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not create deceptive impersonation, face manipulation, or content that falsely suggests endorsement by another person or organization.
MCSKIN is independent from Mojang and Microsoft. Do not use MCSKIN or a generated skin in a way that suggests official approval or violates Minecraft rules or third-party rights.
5. Platform integrity
Do not bypass moderation, credits, rate limits, authentication, account restrictions, or technical safeguards. Prompt injection, abusive automation, vulnerability exploitation, service disruption, unauthorized access resale, and repeated disguised resubmission of prohibited material are forbidden.
Do not scrape, bulk download, copy, or republish Gallery content through automation or use MCSKIN to build a competing dataset or service without written permission.
6. Public Gallery eligibility
A completed creation is not guaranteed a Gallery entry. Gallery review assesses the original prompt for content safety, search spam, ranking manipulation, and whether it describes a discernible skin concept with enough independent value for a public page.
Keyword stuffing, search-ranking manipulation, placeholder text, pure gibberish, or content with no discernible skin concept or independent page value may be withheld. A prompt is not rejected merely because it is short, niche, misspelled, non-English, or likely to have low search volume.
If a creation using any free credits fails Gallery review, the creation is rejected, its generated assets are removed, and eligible credits are returned. A creation paid entirely with purchased credits is instead kept private and removed from the Gallery workflow.
7. Moderation and appeals
MCSKIN uses automated safety screening before creation and additional model review. A request may be rejected when it is denied or flagged, or when required moderation is unavailable. Gallery eligibility is reviewed separately after creation.
MCSKIN may reject content, remove a Gallery entry, limit features, suspend or close an account, preserve necessary evidence, and respond to valid legal requests. Report a violation or appeal a suspected mistake at [email protected] and include the relevant URL or trace ID when available.
